What is the SHRED-mill?
XPE Sports and its Founder, Tony Villani, has patented and trademarked a SHREDmill which is powered by the athlete, not by electricity. It uses a patented magnetic resistance system that provides resistance while running, perfecting stride and increasing power. Stride length, stride power, acceleration, conditioning, and form can all be trained inside with very little space needed, and results are shown in real time on the display panel, showing speed to the tenth of a MPH.
Listen to XPE Client Mark Ingram, Anquan Boldin and others discuss the SHREDmill, and what it has done for them.
